  Choose which category/categories are right for your business and access to our online entry portal.

  Submit your entry

  Use our free resources including case studies, webinars, and articles to help craft your written entry. This will count for 50% of your final score.

After the entry deadline

  Meet the Finalists

  If shortlisted by our judging panel, you will be invited to present your initiatives LIVE before the panel at the European CXA® finals.

  Book your place at the finals

  Purchase tickets for your team. One ticket allows up to five team members to take part in the LIVE Online event.

  Prepare your presentation

  Presentations made to the judging panel will count for 50% of your final score, so this is your chance to prepare thoroughly and anticipate questions from our judges, who have an eye for excellence.

  Attend the LIVE Online awards finals

  Join us for a day of competition and celebration as finalists make presentations and enjoy networking with fellow finalists and guests. This is also your chance to view open presentations to gain further insight into successful CX strategies.

  Join the LIVE Online awards ceremony

  Led by a very special guest presenter, our evening ceremony will see category winners revealed and the day’s Overall Winner crowned. The ceremony will also include some fun surprises for guests.

  Receive your exclusive feedback report

  No matter the outcome of your entry, our judges will provide you with an exclusive feedback report, featuring detailed guidance on your initiatives, and advice for going forward.
